Oyu| Biography

Graduated from Musashino Art University Junior College in 1982.
Her practice began in window display design for department stores, where she first engaged with the relationship between space and aesthetics.
She later traveled to New York, Paris, and Milan, encountering the essence of visual merchandising alongside international fashion and art.
These experiences led her beyond surface decoration, toward an awareness of beauty as presence.
Upon returning to Japan, she pursued a cross-disciplinary study of interior design, architecture, and color theory, shaping her own distinct mode of expression.
Her entire journey now converges in her work.
